# Tasks & dashboard

> Your working queue, the promotion dashboard, filtering, saved views, and exporting.

## My Tasks

My Tasks is your primary working queue. It shows promotions that are ready for you to act on:

* Pending Review and unassigned (visible to all reviewers with permission for the relevant market)
* Pending Review and specifically assigned to you
* Returned to you after escalation

A reviewer assigned to a colleague does not lock the promotion to that colleague. Anyone with reviewer permissions for the relevant market can pick it up.

## The Promotion Dashboard

The Promotion Dashboard shows all promotions across your workspace. Unlike My Tasks, it gives a full picture of all content regardless of status, useful for tracking in-flight reviews, checking workload across the team, or finding a specific promotion.

## Columns at a glance

| Column       | What it shows                                 |
| ------------ | --------------------------------------------- |
| Name         | The promotion title                           |
| Jurisdiction | The market the promotion applies to |
| Status | Where the promotion is in the review workflow |
| Reviewer | The reviewer assigned to it |
| Uploader | The uploader who submitted it |
| Deadline | The date requested for a decision |
| Tags | Labels for grouping or internal notes |
| Last Upload | When it was last submitted |

You can resize, reorder, sort, and hide columns.

## Promotion statuses

For a full breakdown of every status and what it means, including who acts next at each stage, see [Promotion Statuses](/promotion-statuses).

## Filtering and saved views

<Steps>
  <Step title="Apply a filter">
    Click Add Filter and choose criteria: status, jurisdiction, product, channel, uploader, reviewer, date, or tags. Multiple filters combine with AND logic.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save the view">
    Click Save, name the view, and confirm. It appears as a tab for quick access.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Manage saved views">
    Use the more options menu on any view tab to rename, edit, or delete. Click Clear to remove active filters without deleting the view.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Saved views are shared across your organisation. When you save a view, everyone in your organisation sees it as a tab on their Promotion Dashboard. Use clear, descriptive names so colleagues can tell at a glance what the view is for.
</Note>

<Tip>
  Build saved views for your most common filter combinations. For example, a view scoped to your jurisdiction filtered to Pending Review status.
</Tip>

## Exporting

Click Export to download all promotion data as an Excel file. The export includes two fields not visible in the UI: Status History (a full log of every status change with timestamps) and Number of Versions. The Adclear URL column provides a direct link back to each promotion.
