# Feature catalog

> Every Adclear feature in one place, grouped into Included and Add-on.

The catalog lists every feature available in Adclear, split into Included (available to all clients) and Add-on (enabled per plan or feature flag). Open any feature for a short summary; follow the link inside for the full guide where one exists.

<Info>
  Speak to your Adclear contact if you'd like to discuss enabling any add-ons.
</Info>

## Included features

Available to all clients and toggleable in your site settings.

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Escalations" icon="circle-arrow-up">
    A reviewer can route a promotion to a specific person, typically someone in legal or senior compliance, when a decision needs specialist input. Escalation history is stored against every promotion for audit.

    Started by Compliance or Compliance Admin during review. See [Compliance escalations](/compliance/escalations) for the full workflow.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Evergreens" icon="rotate">
    Set a next review date on any approved promotion. When the date arrives, the promotion returns to the review queue with a "Due for re-review" status so your team can confirm it's still accurate.

    Useful for time-sensitive claims (client numbers, AUM figures), expiring regulatory permissions, and always-on content like social bios or partner landing pages.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Multi-select (products & channels)" icon="list-check">
    Tag a single promotion against multiple products and channels at upload. Adclear applies the relevant rules for every combination so nothing falls through the gaps (different channels often have different disclaimer requirements).

    Prevents the same creative being submitted four times across product and channel pairings.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Rejection reasons" icon="flag">
    Reviewers attach a structured reason every time they reject or request changes (either from a preset list or custom). Aggregated in your dashboard so you can see which reasons come up most often, by product, channel, or team.

    Surfaces systemic gaps in upload briefings and feeds the patterns the AI agents learn from.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Reviewer or collaborator on upload form" icon="user-check">
    The uploader designates a reviewer or collaborator at upload, so promotions go straight to the right person instead of a general queue.

    Different from Escalations: a reviewer is assigned at upload before review begins; escalations happen during review when a decision needs to be pushed upward.

    <Note>
      Assigning a reviewer surfaces the promotion in their tasks but doesn't lock it. Other reviewers with permission can still pick it up.
    </Note>
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Slack & email alerts" icon="bell">
    Connect Slack channels (or use email) to receive notifications when a promotion is uploaded, reviewed, commented on, or escalated. Each promotion gets its own Slack thread, keeping conversations tidy and searchable.

    Pairs with reviewer-on-upload and escalations for a fully connected workflow.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Get help & in-product support" icon="life-ring">
    The Get Help button (top right of any promotion) opens the Adclear support bot with three intake flows: question, bug, or feature idea. Separately, tag `@adclear-support` on any specific comment to tie a support request to that asset.

    Use `@adclear-support` for issues tied to a specific asset; use the Get Help bot for everything else. See [Helping Adclear learn](/how-you-help-adclear-learn) for which route to use when.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Figma integration" icon="figma">
    Import frames directly from Figma without exporting to PDF first. Paste a Figma link during upload, or use the Adclear Figma plugin to send frames straight in.

    Removes the export-to-PDF step that introduces compression loss and keeps the source of truth in your design tool.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Frame.io integration" icon="clapperboard">
    Import a video straight from Frame.io by pasting a link, instead of downloading and re-uploading it. Connect your Frame.io account once, then paste a share or file link during upload. See [Importing from Frame.io](/marketing/importing-from-frameio).
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

## Add-on features

Available with upgraded plans or per feature flag. Speak to your Adclear contact about enabling these.

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Self-approvals" icon="user-shield">
    The uploader (or another reviewer with the toggle on) approves a lower-risk promotion themselves, while still requiring an active click (the approval isn't automatic).

    Enabled per organisation, per user, per product or channel, and per individual promotion. Three conditions must all be true: the promotion is eligible, the approver is enabled, and the approver clicks approve.

    See [Self-approval](/self-approval) for the full operational detail.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Multi-level approvals (MLA)" icon="sitemap">
    Configure a chain of reviewers a promotion must pass through before final sign-off. Sequential (A → B → C), parallel (A and B at once), or a combination.

    Without MLA, teams achieve a similar outcome by manually reassigning the reviewer at each step.

    Includes **jurisdiction autoapply** (add-on): link a jurisdiction to a preset so the correct review flow is enforced automatically whenever that jurisdiction is selected.

    See [Multi-level approval](/multi-level-approval) for the full operational detail.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Multi-select (feature-flagged availability)" icon="list-check">
    The Included Multi-select feature above. Currently feature-flagged: speak to your Adclear contact about enabling it for your organisation.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Claims management" icon="file-contract">
    A centralised library of pre-approved claims (statements, statistics, marketing language). Adclear scans every uploaded promotion against the library and raises a comment if an unapproved or outdated claim is used. Picks up near-miss variants too (e.g. "2 million traders" vs. an approved "2 million clients").

    Claims live as versions in a version chain. To put a claim back through review, create a new version (preferred for the audit trail) or extend the next review date on the current version.

    See [Marketing claims](/marketing/claims) and [Reviewing claims](/compliance/claims) for the day-to-day workflow.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="External submission form" icon="arrow-up-from-bracket">
    A unique upload link you share with external partners (affiliates, influencers, agencies). Submissions land in your Adclear review queue and follow the same workflow as internal promotions. External users only see their own submitted promotions.

    See [External submission form](/external-submission-form) for setup, sharing, and edge cases.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Affiliate monitoring" icon="radar">
    Tracks post-publication content (websites and Discord channels) for compliance issues and deviations from Approved Copy. Builds an audit trail over time.

    See [Affiliate monitoring](/affiliate-monitoring) for workflows, configuration, and operating cadence.
  </Accordion>
