# Adclear plugin for Figma

> Send Figma frames, carousels, batches, and customer journey flows to Adclear with the official plugin.

Use the official <a href="https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1626651786226280543">Adclear plugin for Figma</a> to select designs in Figma and send them to Adclear. Complete the promotion details and compliance review in Adclear.

  **Use the official plugin for Figma imports.** We no longer recommend the integrated Figma link import in the Adclear platform. That integration will be removed soon. The official plugin is the recommended way to send Figma designs to Adclear.

## Open the plugin and sign in

    Open your design file and run **Adclear** from Figma's plugin menu. Find the official plugin in <a href="https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1626651786226280543">Figma Community</a>.

  <Step title="Sign in to Adclear">
    Select **Sign in** to open Adclear authentication in your browser. Return to Figma after signing in.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose your destination">
    Select your organisation and workspace. The plugin lists the destinations available to your Adclear account; use search if you have several.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select your designs">
    Select frames or sections in Figma to add them to the plugin. The list shows thumbnails, names, and dimensions.

## Choose a promotion type

| Type | What you send | Result in Adclear |

| **Single** | One selected frame | One promotion |
| **Carousel** | At least two promotional frames, selected in order | One promotion with ordered carousel items |
| **Batch** | At least two promotional frames | A separate promotion for each promotional frame |
| **Variations** | Named flows connecting selected frames | Two or more saved flows create separate, linked promotions with independent approval decisions. One saved flow creates one promotion. |

Choose **Promotion type** before importing. Single, Carousel, and Batch import from the frame-selection screen. Variations uses **Continue** to open the flow builder.

## Select frames and context

Click frames or sections in the Figma canvas to add them to the list. Check the frames you want to send, remove an unwanted item, or use **Select all**, **Deselect all**, and **Clear** for multiple selections.

For Carousel, select frames in the order you want to review them. Numbered markers show the order of all selected frames, including Context frames. Only FP frames become carousel items, so their item numbers can differ from the markers.

For modes with frame tags, mark designs as **FP** (Finished Product) or **Context**. FP frames are the promotional content. Context frames provide supporting information alongside the imported promotion.

  For a Single promotion, select exactly one frame. Carousel and Batch require at least two FP frames; context frames do not count towards that minimum.

## Build customer journey flows

Use **Variations** to show how a customer moves through several designs, such as an advert, landing page, and follow-up screen.

    Select the frames you need and click **Continue**. The **Flow Canvas** displays them as cards.

  <Step title="Connect frames">
    Click one frame, then another to connect them. Create the paths you want reviewers to follow.

  <Step title="Save and name the flow">
    Click **Save Flow** and give it a name. Save additional flows for other paths through the designs.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Import the saved flows">
    Save any unfinished connections, then click **Import to Adclear**. With two or more saved flows, each flow becomes a separate promotion in a linked group. Each promotion has its own approval decision. One saved flow creates a single promotion.

## Manage the flow canvas

    Move frame cards around the canvas. Pan and zoom to work with larger journeys, or use **Expand canvas** for more space. Resize the plugin window with its corner handle.

  <Accordion title="Inspect and edit a saved flow">
    Select a flow in **Saved Flows** to highlight its path. Open its action menu and choose **Modify flow** to change connections. Use **Update Flow** to save your edits or **Cancel Edit** to discard them.

  <Accordion title="Rename, clone, or delete a flow">
    Use a saved flow's menu to **Rename**, **Clone**, or **Delete** it. Cloning gives you a starting point for another journey.

  <Accordion title="Adjust individual frames">
    Use a frame's context menu to duplicate or remove a frame card. Set its FP or Context tag in the frame-selection list or on the canvas card.

  <Accordion title="Remove a connection">
    Select a connection to reveal **Delete connection**, then remove it. Save the updated flow when you finish editing.

## Finish the import in Adclear

The plugin shows export and upload progress. After a successful import, the promotion page opens in your browser so you can complete the required details.

If the page does not open, use **Open promotion page**. You can choose **Return to Figma** to close the plugin or **Import another** to start another import.

  Sending designs from the plugin prepares the upload in Adclear. Finish creating the promotion and submit it for review in the platform.

## Troubleshooting

  <Accordion title="Some fonts are not available">
    The plugin lists fonts that it cannot load. Cancel and make those fonts available before importing, or choose **Continue anyway** to use replacements. Check the imported design because text may look different.

  <Accordion title="No frames appear">
    Select frames or sections in the open Figma file. Check the plugin's frame list and select the items you want to import.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The import button is unavailable">
    Check the requirements for your promotion type. For Variations, save at least one flow and save or clear unfinished connections before importing.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="My workspace is missing">
    Check that you signed in with the correct Adclear account. Ask your workspace admin to confirm your access, then sign in again.
