As a compliance user, you have three main actions available:

  • Approve campaigns
  • Reject campaigns
  • Put campaigns into Review

Campaign Actions

Approving Campaigns

You have two methods for approving campaigns:

  1. Via Adclear Automatic Checks: Use AI-powered compliance verification
  2. Manual Approval: Option to manually review and approve all uploaded content

Rejecting Campaigns

Rejection typically occurs when:

  • Marketing has submitted a promotion without addressing Adclear’s suggestions
  • You can interact with Adclear’s suggestions to guide marketing on necessary changes
  • Compliance requirements haven’t been met

Review Status

The “In Review” status indicates:

  • You’ve commented on a pending campaign
  • Final decision (approve/reject) hasn’t been made
  • Marketing team is notified that you’re reviewing their promotion

Feedback Features

As a compliance user, you have several feedback tools at your disposal:

Text Annotation

  • Annotate text similar to Google Docs
  • Add inline comments
  • Highlight specific sections

Image Comments

  • Add drag and drop sticky comments directly on images
  • Point to specific areas
  • Provide visual feedback

Video Comments

  • Add timestamped comments
  • Mark specific moments
  • Provide context-specific feedback

When providing feedback, be specific about which changes are required for approval.
