- Check the automatic readability index
- Make necessary adjustments
- Submit for compliance review
Handling Adclear’s Comments
Best Practices
- Review all automated comments carefully
- Upload a new version implementing suggested changes
- Document any disagreements with comments for audit purposes
It’s recommended to address Adclear’s automated feedback before submitting to compliance for final sign-off.
Interacting with Comments
You can:
- Reply directly to specific comments
- Mark comments as resolved
- Provide context for disagreements
- Document your changes
Submission for Review
When ready to submit:
- Click the “Submit for Review” button
- Optionally assign a specific compliance team member
- Add any additional context or notes
- Submit for final approval
The compliance team will be automatically notified when you submit a promotion for review.

After Submission
Your promotion will:
- Enter the compliance review queue
- Be reviewed by the assigned team member
- Either be approved or returned with feedback
- Generate notifications for any status changes
