Compliance
Configure how reviews are handled in your workspace.- SLA
- Review Permissions
- Rejection Reasons
Set the number of business days your team has to review a promotion after submission. For example, setting this to 5 means reviewers should complete their review within five business days of submission.
The SLA is used to drive deadline reminders. Reviewers and risk acceptors will get nudges as the deadline approaches.
External
Generate a shareable URL that affiliates and external partners can use to submit promotions directly into your workspace, with no Adclear login needed. The link opens the external submission form, which feeds straight into your workspace’s submissions queue.Copy submission link
Click the copy button next to the URL to grab the link in one click. Submissions arrive in your workspace with the partner already attributed.
Affiliates
Set workspace-wide defaults that pre-fill when a new affiliate submission comes in. These defaults save reviewers time and keep submission data consistent.- Default Channel. The ad channel the promotion will run on, for example social, display, or email.
- Default Product. The product being promoted.
- Default Jurisdiction. The country or region the promotion is intended for.
- Default Targeting. The target markets for the promotion.
The Default Targeting field may not be visible in every workspace. If you don’t see it, it isn’t currently enabled for your account.
Discord
Connect Adclear to a Discord server to monitor affiliate activity in real time and automatically flag potentially non-compliant messages.Add a Discord server
Click Add server and provide:
- The Server ID (you’ll need Discord Developer Mode enabled to copy this).
- A friendly name for the server.
Configure monitoring scope
Choose which channels and usernames Adclear should watch. Anything outside these is ignored.
Define affiliate link patterns
Add regex patterns that match the affiliate links you care about. When Adclear sees a matching link, it knows to evaluate the surrounding message for compliance. See the link pattern reference for examples and best practices.
Manage Approved Copy
Build a library of pre-approved message templates. If a Discord message matches an entry in your Approved Copy library, Adclear won’t flag it as a violation, even if it contains an affiliate link.
Approved Copy is the easiest way to reduce false positives. Add your standard launch messages, weekly recap formats, and any other templates affiliates use repeatedly.
