Configure how reviews are handled in your workspace.- SLA
- Review Permissions
- Rejection Reasons
- Reviewer Presets
Set the number of working days your team has to review a promotion after submission. For example, setting this to 5 means reviewers should complete their review within five working days of submission.
The SLA is used to drive deadline reminders. Reviewers and risk acceptors will get nudges as the deadline approaches.
External

Click the copy button next to the URL to grab the link in one click. Submissions arrive in your workspace with the partner already attributed.
Affiliates
Set workspace-wide defaults that pre-fill when a new affiliate submission comes in. These defaults save reviewers time and keep submission data consistent.- Default Channel - the ad channel the promotion will run on, for example social, display, or email.
- Default Product - the product being promoted.
- Default Jurisdiction - the country or region the promotion is intended for.
- Default Targeting - the target markets for the promotion.
The Default Targeting field may not be visible in every workspace. If you don’t see it, it isn’t currently enabled for your account.
Discord
Invite the Adclear bot from Settings → Workspace → Discord (/settings/workspace/discord). You’ll need server admin permissions to add the bot.
Configure monitored servers, channels, usernames, affiliate link patterns, and Approved Copy per affiliate from Monitor Settings on the affiliate detail page (/affiliates/:id?view=settings).
For per-affiliate Discord configuration and message review workflows, see Discord monitoring.
