Helping Adclear learn
Why your responses to comments train the agents and shape future AI suggestions.
Understanding upload types
Before reviewing a promotion, it’s worth understanding how it was uploaded. The upload type determines what you’re approving and how your decision is applied. For full definitions and decision-application detail per type, see Upload types. A short summary follows.| Upload type | What it contains | How decisions apply |
|---|---|---|
| Single | 1 asset | 1 approval covers the whole promotion |
| Carousel | One or more frames as 1 promotion | 1 approval covers all frames. You can’t approve frames individually |
| Variations | Multiple linked promotions | Each variation reviewed independently. You can also approve them all at once if appropriate |
| Batch | Each item is reviewed as a Single | Each item independent. Once uploaded, you handle them as Singles |
Upload quality: what to look out for
The quality of what the uploader submits directly affects what Adclear can assess, and therefore the accuracy of what you’re reviewing. Poor-quality uploads are one of the most common causes of inaccurate AI comments. For a full breakdown of upload quality issues, what causes inaccurate comments, and when to request a higher-quality resubmission, see the Upload quality guide. The “For reviewers” section at the bottom of that page is written specifically for reviewers. If you suspect a comment was caused by a poor upload rather than a genuine compliance issue, request changes and ask the uploader to resubmit a higher-quality or more complete version of the file. You aren’t required to make a final decision on an upload that is clearly incomplete.
