Adclear supports comments on every asset type, attached directly to the relevant part of the asset (a passage of text, a region of an image, a moment in a video, a page of a PDF). Adding inline comments

Pick the asset type you’re commenting on.
Highlight any portion of the text on the Submit for review page. A + button appears next to the highlighted text. Click it to attach a comment to that passage.The text becomes highlighted and clickable in the right-hand panel. Click Locate in the right panel to jump back to any comment.

@mentions

Tag colleagues in any comment using the @ symbol followed by their name. They’ll be notified and can respond directly in the thread. To tag the Adclear team about an issue with how a comment was made by AI, use @adclear-support. See Helping Adclear learn for guidance on when to use it.

Collaborators

When a collaborator is added to your promotion, they receive an email notification and will receive review decision updates alongside you.
