My Tasks
My Tasks is your primary working queue. It shows promotions that are ready for you to act on:- Pending Review and unassigned (visible to all reviewers with permission for the relevant market)
- Pending Review and specifically assigned to you
- Returned to you after escalation
The Promotion Dashboard
The Promotion Dashboard shows all promotions across your workspace. Unlike My Tasks, it gives a full picture of all content regardless of status, useful for tracking in-flight reviews, checking workload across the team, or finding a specific promotion.Promotions across workspaces
For internal users, if your organisation has more than one workspace and your Adclear contact has turned on the cross-workspace view, the Promotion Dashboard lists promotions from every workspace you can access. This lets you review the work outstanding for more than one client or team in one place, including promotions in each status such as Changes Needed and Rejected. External reviewers and uploaders continue to see only promotions in their current workspace. The cross-workspace view and Workspace filter are unavailable to them.- A Workspace column shows which workspace each promotion belongs to.
- The Workspace filter narrows the list to one or more workspaces and shows how many promotions each workspace has. If you select no workspace, the list covers every workspace you can access.
- Open a promotion from another workspace and Adclear switches you to that workspace.
You can only change a promotion’s reviewer or tags, and archive, restore, or delete it, while you are in that promotion’s workspace. For a promotion in another workspace these controls are unavailable. Open the promotion to switch to its workspace first.
AI search looks only at the workspace you are currently in. You can use it while the list shows that workspace alone, so select your current workspace in the Workspace filter first. If the list covers more than one workspace, Adclear turns AI search off and clears any AI search results.
Columns at a glance
You can resize, reorder, sort, and hide columns.
You can also turn on a Times reviewed badge beside the Pending Review status. See Spotting resubmissions.
Promotion statuses
For a full breakdown of every status and what it means, including who acts next at each stage, see Promotion Statuses.Filtering and saved views
1
Apply a filter
Click Add Filter and choose criteria: status, jurisdiction, product, channel, uploader, reviewer, date, tags, times reviewed, or workspace (when the cross-workspace view is on). Multiple filters combine with AND logic.
2
Save the view
Click Save, name the view, and confirm. It appears as a tab for quick access.
3
Manage saved views
Use the more options menu on any view tab to rename, edit, or delete. Click Clear to remove active filters without deleting the view.
Saved views are shared across your organisation. When you save a view, everyone in your organisation sees it as a tab on their Promotion Dashboard. Use clear, descriptive names so colleagues can tell at a glance what the view is for.
Spotting resubmissions
Adclear tracks how many times each promotion has been reviewed. Use this to tell first-time submissions apart from work that has come back after a review, such as a promotion resubmitted after Changes Needed. A multi-level approval chain counts as one review round.Times reviewed filter
On My Tasks and the Promotion Dashboard, and in the inbox sidebars, add the Times reviewed filter and choose an option:
You can save the filter as part of a view, like any other filter.
Times reviewed badge
The Times reviewed badge appears beside the Pending Review status on promotions that have been reviewed at least once. Hover over it to see the count, for example “Reviewed 2 times”. The badge is off by default. To turn it on:1
Open table settings
On My Tasks or the Promotion Dashboard, open the table settings menu.
2
Turn on the badge
Under Status badges, select Times reviewed.
