Users who can create campaigns typically configure website monitors, Discord servers, and social media handles. This aligns with Marketing and affiliate manager roles in most workspaces.
Quick start
If you are new to affiliate monitoring, follow these steps to get oriented.Open Monitoring
Navigate to Monitoring from the main navigation. You will see channel tabs: Website, Discord, and Social Media (depending on which add-ons are enabled for your workspace).
Filter flagged items
Each tab defaults to Show: Flagged for Review. Toggle to Show: All when you need the full list.
Open a flagged item
Select a row to open the detail view. Review the evaluation outcome, the content that was checked, and any issues raised.
Open Affiliates
Navigate to Affiliates. Locate an affiliate to view their compliance rate, total monitored sites, and channel-specific monitor lists.

Affiliates
Affiliates brings together everything relevant to a specific affiliate: profile details, compliance metrics, and monitored content across channels. When you open an affiliate’s profile, three summary indicators appear at the top.| Metric | What it shows |

- Check Monitoring for newly raised items from overnight checks.
- Review and action raised Discord messages and social media posts from the previous 24 hours.
- Confirm that active monitors are running as expected (no error states).

- Review compliance rates for key affiliates in Affiliates.
- Identify affiliates with a declining compliance rate or rising Avg. Issue Per Site.
- Audit newly added monitors to confirm they are configured correctly, including Approved Copy and social media relevancy settings.
- Clear any backlog of unreviewed items.

- Update Approved Copy and social media keywords or brand assets to reflect current campaigns.
