Who this page is for
This page serves two audiences:- Internal admins explaining the post-submission experience to external partners. Read this end to end so you can guide your partners through what they see after submitting.
- External submitters who want to track their promotions. Focus on how to find your submissions, filter by status, and respond to review decisions.
My Submissions is an add-on feature. Speak to your Adclear contact to have it enabled for your organisation.
What it is
My Submissions is a dedicated page where external partners (agencies, affiliates, influencers) see every promotion they have submitted. It replaces the need to find individual promotions through email links. When the feature is enabled, My Submissions appears as the main navigation item in the sidebar for external users. What the page shows
The page displays a table of your submitted promotions with the following columns.| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| ID | The promotion’s reference number |
| Title | The promotion name |
| Status | The current review status (Draft, Pending Review, In Review, Approved, Changes Needed, and others) |
| Submitted | The date you submitted the promotion |
| Deadline | The review deadline, with visual indicators for overdue or approaching deadlines |
Filtering and searching
You can narrow down the list in two ways:- Status filter. Click the Status filter above the table and select a status to show only promotions in that state (for example, only those with Changes Needed).
- Search. Type in the search bar to find promotions by name.
Opening a promotion
Click any row in the table to open that promotion. You can also click the actions menu on a row and select View details. From the promotion page you can see the reviewer’s decision, read comments, and upload a new version if changes have been requested.Creating a new promotion
Click the New Promotion button at the top of the page to start a new submission. This takes you to the same upload form described in Submitting for review. What you can and cannot see
External users see only their own submitted promotions. You cannot see promotions submitted by other people, internal promotions, policies, workspace settings, or team member information.Related pages
