Overview
Once you’ve submitted, you can no longer edit the promotion. You’ll receive an email notification when a decision is made.Decisions and next steps
Review decisions cannot be reversed through the UI. If you disagree with a decision, the right path is to address the comments and submit a new version. You should not need to contact Adclear support to undo a decision.
If you disagree with the decision
If you’ve received a Rejected or Changes Needed decision and you believe the risk should be accepted rather than the content changed, you can escalate the decision for risk acceptance review. See Escalations for the full flow. What happens next on the dashboard
Promotions in Pending Review, In Review, Approved, Escalated, Reviewing Risk, or Risk Accepted are visible on the Promotion Dashboard but don’t appear on your tasks unless action is required from you. For a full breakdown of every status and who acts at each stage, see Promotion Statuses. After conditional approval
The reviewer’s condition appears as a comment on the promotion. Use it as the brief for the next version. When you upload that version, Adclear may offer self-approval. Eligibility is checked again using the current workspace rules, promotion details, and AI result.Conditional approval does not guarantee that the next version can be
self-approved. If eligibility fails, send the version through normal review.
