Paste a Google Docs link to import your document as a PDF promotion. You can choose individual document tabs or combine several tabs for review.
Google Docs uses the same connection and availability rules as Google Drive. Public anyone with the link documents need no Google sign-in. Private and shared documents require account connection where it is available.

Import a document

1

Start a promotion

Open Promotions and start a new promotion that accepts PDF documents.
2

Paste the document link

Select Google Drive and paste the Google Docs share link. If your upload interface detects sources automatically, you can paste directly into its main field instead.
3

Choose the content

Click Import. If the document has tabs, choose which tabs to import. Adclear converts the selected content to PDF.
4

Finish and submit

Complete the promotion details and click Create Promotion. Select Submit for Review when ready.
If account connection is unavailable, do not make a private document public unless your organisation permits it. Download a PDF and upload it instead.

Choose document tabs

For a document with multiple tabs, Adclear shows tab cards with previews. Select the content you want to review.
Select one tab and click Import this tab. The selected tab becomes one promotion.
Use Select all to select every tab. When Adclear lists multiple tabs, the first tab is selected initially. Check the selected tab before importing, even if your share link points to another tab.

Bring later edits into Adclear

Edit the document in Google Docs, then open the imported promotion and use its source pill. Choose Check Google Docs for updates and confirm the new version when changes are found. Adclear copies the current content into a new version, carries over the promotion settings, and runs evaluation again. An unchanged source does not create a version.
Adclear does not write comments or review changes back to Google Docs. Your imported PDF is a copy of the document at import time.
If the source pill shows Needs your account, confirm the document using your own Google account. See Google Drive source updates for sync states and access requirements.
