Overview
Frame.io import lets you bring a video into Adclear by pasting a Frame.io link, instead of downloading the file and re-uploading it. You connect your Frame.io account once, paste a share or file link, and Adclear pulls the video in so you can finish filling in the promotion details and submit.Connect once
Sign in to Frame.io a single time per account. Adclear remembers the connection until it expires.

The video downloads into Adclear in the background while you fill in the promotion details.
Video promotion
The imported video becomes the asset on a single promotion, reviewed like any other video.
Connect your Frame.io account
Connect
Click Connect Frame.io account. A window opens to sign in with Adobe (Frame.io uses Adobe sign-in). Approve access.
Confirm the connection
The window closes and the panel shows Connected as your-email@example.com. You only do this once per account.
The connection can expire after a period of inactivity. When it does, the panel shows Reconnect your Frame.io account. Click Reconnect Frame.io and sign in again.
Import a video
Paste the Frame.io link
In the Frame.io link field, paste a share link (
https://f.io/…) or an in-app file link (https://app.frame.io/…).Wait for the import to finish
A progress bar shows the download. Large files take longer. You can keep filling in the promotion details while it runs.

The link must point to a video your connected Frame.io account can access. Make sure the file is shared with the account you signed in with.
While the import runs
The video downloads from Frame.io into Adclear in the background, so a large file does not block the page. A thumbnail and a progress bar appear while it works. A playable preview of the video becomes available once the promotion is created.Troubleshooting

Confirm the link is correct and that the file is shared with the Frame.io account you connected with. If you have access to the file through a different Frame.io account, sign in with that account instead.

Frame.io needs to finish processing a file before it can be downloaded. Wait until it is ready in Frame.io, then import again.

Format or size error
Only MP4 and MOV files up to 2 GB are supported. Export a supported format from Frame.io, or trim the file below the size limit.

If the panel shows Reconnect your Frame.io account, your session has expired. Click Reconnect Frame.io and sign in again.
